Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Mumbai.

The Tele

Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with customers, explain products or services, answer queries, and provide accurate information. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the system, following call scripts and compliance guidelines, and escalating issues when required. The role involves achieving call and conversion targets,



supporting sales and customer relationship teams, and ensuring a professional and courteous customer experience.

The Tele

Caller will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve call quality and contribute to overall team performance.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, including patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software, CRM tools, and data entry processes.
- Ability to follow scripts, adhere to procedures, and maintain accuracy in information shared with customers.
- Target-oriented mindset with time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and to adapt to shifting schedules based on business requirements.
