Telecaller Location: Perumanna, Kerala Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Experience: Freshers / Experienced We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Perumanna. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and following up with potential customers.
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Generate and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Build positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to communicate confidently with customers. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Freshers are welcome to apply.
