Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about immigration and visa services.
- Understand clients’ requirements and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Visa Counsellors and the sales team.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and good relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or immigration experience will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
