We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to join our construction company and support our residential villa sales.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our projects, following up with leads and arranging site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with prospective customers from online enquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details such as location, price, plot size, built-up area, amenities and specifications.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Convince and motivate interested customers to visit the project site.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.




- Update lead status and customer details regularly.
- Follow up with customers after site visits.
- Maintain a proper database of leads and prospects.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team to improve conversion.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
