We are expanding our sales and merchant support team and looking for motivated Telecaller Executives to join us.

We are looking for an energetic and driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to Kirana store owners, explain the benefits of the My Kirana Buddy platform, assist them with onboarding, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (Kirana store owners and retailers) to introduce My Kirana Buddy products and services.
- Explain app features, benefits, and current promotional deals to store owners.
- Guide and assist retailers through the app registration and onboarding process.
- Handle client queries, address concerns professionally, and follow up regularly.
- Maintain and update daily calling logs, customer feedback, and lead statuses in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the field sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or B2B Telesales (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Language: Fluent in Hindi (Knowledge of local regional languages or basic English is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and solid convincing skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones/apps.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
