We are looking for a confident, professional, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, following up with interested clients, and converting leads into site visits.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding company projects and properties.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, facilities, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
- Generate qualified leads through effective telephonic communication.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper records of all follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visits.
- Maintain daily call records and submit the Daily Sales Report (DSR) as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in the company's CRM/system.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.
- Work towards converting enquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times.
Performance Expectations
- Consistent achievement of assigned calling and site-visit targets.
- Quality and accuracy of customer follow-ups.
- Lead generation and conversion performance.
- Professional communication and customer handling.
- Regular and accurate submission of DSR and customer data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, banking will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
