Role Description The Technicians – Installation & Maintenance – Potato Processing role is a full time hybrid position with more operations across Gujarat, MP, UP and West with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow.
Qualifications
- Experience of 4-5 years in potato processing or snack processing.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to support potato processing machinery and related systems.
- Candidates should possess solid abilities in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to identify faults, perform corrective actions, and restore equipment to optimal operation.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with food processing or industrial production equipment, preferably in potato or similar agri-food processing environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards, basic electrical and mechanical systems, and the use of diagnostic tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics, with strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and willingness to travel to customer sites as required. at short notice.
