Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician and Allrounder role based in Delhi, India. The position involves supporting daily optical operations, including assisting with eye examinations, handling basic diagnostic equipment, and ensuring accurate preparation and fitting of lenses and frames. The technician will help maintain inventory, organize and clean workspaces, and support repairs and adjustments of spectacles.

The role also includes greeting and guiding patients, managing basic documentation, coordinating with optometrists, and providing clear information about services and products.



The allrounder aspect of the position requires flexibility to assist with front-desk tasks, basic record-keeping, and general operational support as needed.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of optical or medical practice procedures and willingness to learn technical aspects of eye care.

- Ability to handle and maintain basic diagnostic equipment and tools used in an optical clinic.

- Strong attention to detail for lens handling, frame adjustments, and accuracy in basic documentation.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and team members.

- Organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work workplace, and supporting day-to-day operations.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, with reliability and a customer-focused mindset.

- Prior experience in an optical store, eye clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or healthcare training is an advantage.
