About the Role

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Tiruppur and are actively investing in technology, AI and automation to improve the way audit, accounting, taxation and compliance work is performed.

We already use technology platforms and internally developed web applications to automate several aspects of our professional work. We are now looking for a Computer Science graduate who is interested in working at the intersection of software, Artificial Intelligence and business process automation.

This is not a conventional accounting role. The selected candidate will work closely with senior professionals of the firm to understand real-life business and audit problems and help convert them into practical technology solutions using modern development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms such as Claude, Codex and similar tools.

We are open to hiring a bright and motivated fresher and providing the necessary training.

Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be involved in:

- Working on our existing internal web applications and automation tools.
- Understanding reported software issues, reproducing them and assisting in fixing them.
- Working through a structured list of application tests and GitHub issues.
- Developing and testing new features under guidance.
- Using AI-assisted coding tools for application development, debugging and documentation.
- Creating small software utilities and automation tools for audit, accounting, taxation and client-related business problems.




- Testing applications thoroughly before changes are moved into the production environment.
- Working with GitHub, databases, APIs and web-based applications.
- Maintaining proper documentation of issues, fixes, testing and development work.
- Learning the workflows of a professional Chartered Accountancy firm and identifying opportunities where technology can reduce repetitive manual work.

Who We Are Looking For We are primarily looking for someone who:
- Has completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Has good logical and analytical ability.
- Is comfortable learning new technologies independently.
- Has genuine interest in AI, software development and automation.
- Is patient and methodical in testing software.
- Can understand a business problem and translate it into a technical requirement.
- Has reasonable written and spoken English.
- Is willing to work from our Tiruppur office.
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity to learn and grow.

Prior professional software-development experience is not mandatory. Technical Knowledge – Preferred but Not Mandatory

Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:

- HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- React / Next.js or similar web technologies
- Python
- SQL and databases
- Git and GitHub
- REST APIs
- Vercel or similar deployment platforms
- AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.

Candidates are not expected to know all of the above. Ability and willingness to learn are more important than existing expertise.

Compensation

CTC: ₹2.40 Lakhs to ₹3.60 Lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience and performance.

Work Environment & Accommodation The role is full-time and work from office at Tiruppur.

All development work will initially be carried out in a controlled testing/staging environment under supervision. Production-level changes will undergo review and testing before deployment.

Bachelor shared accommodation can be provided for candidates relocating to Tiruppur from other places.

Candidate Location

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Tiruppur or nearby areas. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Tiruppur are also encouraged to apply.
