Key Responsibilities

✅Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers/users

✅Resolve basic hardware, software, and networking issues

✅Handle support queries through phone, email, or other channels

✅Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when required

✅Maintain proper documentation of technical issues and resolutions

? Who Can Apply?

✅Freshers with a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

✅Valuable communication and problem-solving skills





✅Basic understanding of computers, Windows, and networking

✅Willingness to work in rotational shifts
