Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and offering tailored solutions. Drive sales by identifying client needs and presenting the technical benefits of our products and services. Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Conduct site visits and provide hands-on demonstrations when necessary.
