We are looking for an experienced Product & IT Manager who can combine product management, project management, and hands-on understanding of software development technologies. The role will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, driving technology initiatives, coordinating development projects, and ensuring effective delivery across product, IT, and development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT Management, Project Management, Software Development Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and technology projects, preferably in a multi-location setting.
- Experience with cloud computing, data analytics,



SaaS solutions, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and automation.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and data protection practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and project execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information

Pay: ₹542,000.00 - ₹2,060,000.00 per year
