- 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing
- Excellent hands-on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool (1. 5 years plus)
- Define test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing
- Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SMEs
- Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
- Be able to develop workload model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
- Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing
- Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks
- Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing
- Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts
- Be able to identify the bottlenecks and report back to the project teams
