We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher/entry-level professional to support business development for smart metering and energy solutions across the RCD segment in NCR. The role involves customer handling, relationship building, lead generation, and supporting business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle and develop relationships with Residential & Commercial Developers (RCD), Builders, Electrical/MEP Consultants, Railways, and other customers.
- Identify new customers, leads, and upcoming projects.
- Conduct customer meetings and market visits across NCR.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/commercial teams for suitable solutions and proposals.
- Follow up with customers and support lead conversion.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Support the team in achieving business and sales targets.

Preferred Profile

- Fresher or upto 4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Positive communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across NCR.
- Engineering/Electrical background is an advantage.
- Existing industry relationships will be an added advantage, not mandatory.
