Ensure attendance, discipline, and shift adherence. Monitor call quality and maintain process compliance. Prepare daily MIS and performance reports. Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams. Maintain low attrition and high employee engagement.
