Job Title: Team Lead – International Telecom Technical Support

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5–10 Years

CTC: Up to 30% hike, maximum 7 LPA

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in International Telecom Technical Support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on knowledge of telecom operations, and proven experience in managing teams while driving operational excellence and KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Telecom Technical Support associates.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide technical guidance and support on telecom-related issues.
- Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze reports, identify process improvements, and drive team productivity.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Required Skills & Experience




- 5–10 years of experience in Telecom Technical Support, with team handling experience.
- Telecom industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of telecom operations, network support, troubleshooting, and service delivery.
- Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
- Proven experience leading technical support teams in an international process.
- Results-driven with robust people management skills.

Location: Hyderabad Salary: Up to 7 LPA (Maximum 30% hike on current CTC)

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Telecom Experience: Mandatory
