- Team Leadership: Direct daily staff workflows, delegate tasks, and maintain workplace discipline and productivity.
- Execution & Ownership: Ensure 100% on-time completion of team assignments and resolve operational bottlenecks immediately.
- Management Reporting: Act as the direct liaison to the MD, provide accurate daily status updates, and ensure timely execution of MD directives.
