We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to manage, guide, and support a team to achieve company targets and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Set and track individual and team targets/KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
- Monitor daily activities, productivity, and work quality.
- Handle customer/client escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure company policies, processes,
and quality standards are followed.
- Maintain a positive and professional team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting tools.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Graduation or relevant qualification preferred.
Salary & Advantages
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
