Role Description The Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Niwari. The Teacher will plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the institution’s curriculum and academic standards, using appropriate teaching methods to support diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom sessions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

The Teacher will maintain classroom discipline, keep accurate records of student progress, and participate in staff meetings, training programs, and academic events.



The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and engaging with students to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in classroom instruction and student engagement.
- Ability in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured lessons and supporting learner development.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, colleagues, and administrators.
- Relevant academic qualification in Education or related field (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, B.Ed. or equivalent).
- Knowledge of appropriate pedagogical methods and assessment techniques for higher education learners.
- Capacity to manage classrooms, maintain student discipline, and create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably in higher education, and familiarity with local educational standards and curricula.
