Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective lessons according to the assigned subject and curriculum.

- Teach students using interactive, activity-based and student-centric teaching methods.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and other teaching resources.

- Monitor and evaluate students academic progress and provide appropriate feedback.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.

- Use digital tools, smart boards and other teaching aids wherever required.

- Identify students who need additional support and provide suitable guidance.

- Encourage students to participate in classroom activities and develop their skills and confidence.

- Coordinate with parents, colleagues and school management regarding students progress.

- Participate in school events, activities,



workshops and other academic responsibilities.

- Maintain necessary academic records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.

- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.

- Relevant teaching experience in the assigned subject.

- Good communication and classroom management skills.

- Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.

- Comfortable with activity-based and technology-enabled teaching.

- Passionate about working with children and supporting their overall development.

- Willingness to work as per the school’s requirements, including a 6-day working week.
