TDL Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve TDL-based solutions for Tally integrations, data extraction, automation, and reporting.

- Work extensively with TallyPrime and Tally ERP 9, including their data structures and accounting functionalities.

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot TDL components to ensure reliable integration across different Tally environments.

- Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries for Tally data, dashboards, analytics, and reporting.

- Reconcile SQL/query results with actual Tally data and identify and resolve data discrepancies.

- Develop and validate Tally dashboards, ensuring accurate and meaningful business insights.

- Work with RAG configurations and AI-based data retrieval to improve the accuracy and relevance of Tally-related responses.

- Analyze data or AI response issues and identify whether the root cause is related to queries, data, configuration, or business logic.

- Work on API-based integrations using XML, JSON, and HTTP communication.

- Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Product, and other teams to test, troubleshoot,



and improve Tally-related features.

- Document TDL customizations, SQL queries, validation findings, and integration changes.

Core Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of TallyPrime, Tally ERP 9, and TDL.

- Strong SQL query writing, debugging, and data validation skills.

- Understanding of Tally data structures and accounting concepts.

- Knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, and HTTP.

- Basic understanding of RAG and AI-driven data retrieval.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to data accuracy and consistency.
