Role: Talent Relations & Employer Partnerships Executive

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

About the Role

This is a relationship-building role at the centre of InterviewCall's placement operations.

We are looking for someone who can build genuine professional relationships with:

- recruiters
- hiring managers
- engineering managers
- founders
- CTOs
- mentors
- instructors
- alumni
- enrolled candidates

This is not a telecalling role. We need someone who can speak warmly, listen properly, follow up professionally and make people comfortable speaking with InterviewCall repeatedly.

What You Will Do

Employer & Recruiter Relationships

- Reach out to recruiters, hiring managers, founders and engineering leaders.
- Understand what kind of engineers their teams are currently looking for.
- Introduce relevant InterviewCall candidates where appropriate.
- Follow up professionally without spamming.
- Build long-term employer relationships instead of one-time conversations.

Candidate Relationships

- Maintain regular communication with enrolled candidates.




- Keep candidates informed about placement progress.
- Help candidates remain organised and accountable.
- Handle difficult conversations patiently.

Mentor & Instructor Relationships

- Coordinate with mentors and instructors helping with:
- mock interviews
- technical verification
- candidate preparation
- referrals

Community & Alumni

- Build relationships with InterviewCall alumni.
- Help develop our long-term referral and hiring network.

Who Should Apply

Previous experience in recruitment, customer support, sales, community management or relationship management is useful, but not compulsory.
