Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring steps with hiring managers. The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines for sales, operations, and support roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job descriptions, leveraging various platforms for talent sourcing, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding.



The role also involves collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, and aligning hiring practices with Navrang Realty’s values of transparency and client-centric service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess role fit and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and represent the employer brand.
- Candidates should possess skills in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and use of recruitment platforms and tools.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in real estate or growth-oriented businesses.
- Additional qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with HR systems and basic recruitment analytics.
