Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition – Trainer (Telugu) at SkillDzire. The role involves identifying and engaging potential candidates, particularly engineering graduates, through digital channels and talent pipelines. The trainer will conduct recruitment-focused training sessions in Telugu, guiding learners on interview preparation, resume building, and understanding hiring processes.

Daily activities include coordinating virtual sessions, conducting interviews or mock interviews, providing feedback, and supporting employer branding initiatives.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve recruiting strategies and ensuring a positive, inclusive experience for all candidates and trainees.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Candidates should possess experience in Interviewing and Hiring to effectively assess candidate potential and make well-informed recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote SkillDzire’s mission and learning programs to prospective candidates.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, with the ability to conduct clear, structured training sessions.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills suitable for managing part time remote responsibilities.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching students or early-career professionals is beneficial.
- A background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields, and familiarity with engineering education or technical domains, is an advantage.
- Comfort with using online collaboration and video-conferencing tools for remote training and recruitment activities.
