Job Profile : Talent Acquisition & HR Partner

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Partner based in India to work closely with the UK leadership team. This is an embedded Talent Acquisition and HR role rather than a traditional recruitment agency position. The successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment activities while also supporting HR operations and the wider employee lifecycle.
A key focus will be identifying and engaging experienced engineering professionals in the competitive UK market. The candidate should have a good understanding of technical engineering disciplines and be comfortable communicating with engineers, senior managers and business leaders
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop job descriptions, role profiles and recruitment advertisements.
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and other channels.
- Headhunt and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and qualification calls.
- Build and maintain strong engineering talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews with Engineering Leads and senior management.
- Manage candidate communication, feedback and follow-ups.
- Support salary discussions, offers and joining processes.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Build a strong internal engineering talent network and reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies.
Engineering Recruitment Recruitment will cover positions including:
- Process Engineers / Senior Process Engineers
- Process Safety Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers
- Piping Engineers / Designers
- Electrical Engineers

HR & People Support
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Coordinate probation review processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
- Support performance and development reviews.
- Coordinate training and professional development activities.
- Support salary and benefits benchmarking.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support graduate and early-career development.
- Manage exit processes and exit interviews.
- Support routine employee relations activities.
- Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement surveys and related actions.

Must - Have Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR.
· Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
· Strong experience in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
· Experience recruiting technical or engineering professionals.
. Valuable understanding of engineering disciplines such as Process, Process Safety, Mechanical, Piping, . . Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls/Automation and Project Engineering.
. Experience recruiting for the UK market.
. Experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC/EPCM or specialist engineering recruitment.
. Experience within Process Industries, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences.
. Previous experience recruiting for specialist engineering roles.
. Experience working with an engineering organisation or specialist engineering recruitment consultancy.
. Experience supporting HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
. Familiarity with engineering terminology such as FEED, EPC/EPCM, HAZOP, DSEAR, COMAH, P&IDs;, PLC/DCS and industrial project delivery.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent candidate relationship management.
- Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach to recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Ability to understand technical engineering terminology and candidate experience.
· Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
· Comfortable working with senior engineers, managers and Directors.
· Strong organisational and candidate pipeline management skills.
· Willingness to work with sufficient overlap with UK working hours.
