Krehsst Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition – IT Sourcer with strong hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for various IT roles.
The candidate should have a valuable understanding of IT roles, technologies, and sourcing techniques . Experience in IT hiring for Manufacturing or Automotive companies/industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant CVs for various IT positions through Naukri.
- Source candidates across multiple IT functions and domains, including:
- Software Development, Software Testing, DevOps, Cloud, Data / Analytics, Networking, Cyber Security, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Other IT/technical roles
- Understand IT job descriptions, technical requirements, skills, and experience levels before sourcing.
- Identify and source candidates from competitor companies and similar industries based on the hiring requirement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment / IT Sourcing.
- Strong experience in CV sourcing for IT/technical positions .
- Experience in hiring/sourcing IT professionals for Manufacturing or Automotive companies/industries will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working 100% from office at Koregaon Park, Pune.
