As we continue to scale our teams, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us build a strong, performance-driven workforce.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple open positions, and partnering closely with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Sales, Support, Corporate and other functions.
- Understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities from Hiring Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening to evaluate communication,



experience, motivation, stability, compensation expectations, and role fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and business teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer-to-joining pipeline and ensure a strong joining conversion ratio.
- Conduct pre-joining engagement activities to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, offers, and joining data.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to identify bottlenecks and improve Time-to-Hire and Quality-of-Hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Support bulk hiring and campus hiring initiatives as required.
- Participate in employer branding activities across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports covering open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and hiring TAT.
- Support other HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
