- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR Hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Candidates with Telecalling/BPO/Healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
