BeasyFit delivers high-quality virtual coaching to make fitness and nutrition simple, accessible, and results-driven. As we scale our team, we are looking for a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Executive to help us identify and hire top-tier talent.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full talent acquisition cycle; from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Volume Hiring:
Successfully source and close
8 to 10 positions per month to support rapid organisational growth.
- Candidate Sourcing:
Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job specifications, and align on hiring timelines.
- Candidate Experience:
Maintain clear, prompt, and engaging communication with candidates to ensure a smooth, qualified hiring journey.
What You Need
- Experience:
6 months to 1 year of full-time, hands-on experience in pure end-to-end recruitment.
- Track Record:
Proven ability to source, manage pipelines, and consistently meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Advantage:
Prior experience recruiting within the
Health, Wellness, or Fitness sectors is highly preferred.
- Skills:
Strong candidate assessment skills, proficiency with hiring platforms and recruitment tools, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
