About the Role

We are looking for a Software Systems Analyst who can study and understand existing software applications, research how different systems work, and identify how software can be improved to better solve real business and user problems.

This is a non-coding role . You do not need to be a programmer or developer.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand software deeply — its features, workflows, user experience, business logic, and how different parts of the system work together — and turn your research into clear findings and recommendations for our product team.

What You Will Do

- Explore and understand our existing software in detail.
- Study every module, screen, feature, workflow, and user journey.
- Understand how different features are connected to each other.
- Research similar software products and understand how they solve the same problems.
- Compare different approaches, workflows, and features used by existing applications.
- Identify missing features, unnecessary complexity, confusing workflows, and areas for improvement.
- Research user and business requirements related to different software features.
- Understand how users actually perform their day-to-day work using software.
- Document your findings in a simple and structured manner.




- Create feature research documents, workflow documents, comparison documents, and improvement suggestions.
- Work with the product and design team to explain your findings.
- Ask questions when something in the existing system does not make sense.
- Identify edge cases and situations that may have been overlooked.
- Continuously research new software, tools, features, and industry practices relevant to our product.
