Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-construction, topographical, and site surveys.

- Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference levels.

- Carry out setting out of building grids, foundations, columns, walls, roads, drainage, and other civil works.

- Transfer dimensions, coordinates, and levels from approved drawings to the construction site.

- Check excavation depths, foundation levels, slab levels, slopes, gradients, and elevations.

- Verify the alignment, position, dimensions, and levels of ongoing construction work.

- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.

- Conduct regular checks to identify deviations from approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, QA/QC teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Carry out earthwork, excavation, filling,



and cut-and-fill measurements where required.

- Prepare survey records, field notes, level books, coordinate data, and survey reports.

- Conduct as-built surveys and provide accurate data for as-built drawings.

- Maintain and protect site benchmarks and survey control points.

- Ensure survey equipment is properly checked and maintained.

- Support quantity measurements and project billing measurements when required.

- Report discrepancies or construction deviations promptly to the Site/Project Engineer.

- Follow all company, project, safety, and quality procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
