Key Responsibilities

Supply Expansion & Market Penetration

- Own the city-level supply growth targets (New Signings, Live Supply, Room Inventory).

- Identify high-potential micro-markets and white spaces for expansion.

- Develop and execute a data-backed city supply strategy.

- Drive premium and mid-market portfolio expansion.

Business Development & Partnerships
- Lead negotiations with hotel owners and asset partners.

- Structure commercial deals aligned with company profitability goals.

- Maintain robust relationships with key property owners and stakeholders.

- Convert pipeline opportunities into live properties within timelines.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and supply benchmarking.





- Analyze demand-supply gaps to optimize expansion strategy.

- Work closely with Revenue and Operations teams to ensure sustainable onboarding.

Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Business Development team.

- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for the team.

- Drive accountability and a result-oriented culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations for successful property launches.

- Ensure seamless transition from signing to go-live stage.
