Role Description This is a full time, on-site Supply Chain Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Supply Chain

Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and coordination with distributors, warehouses, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, optimizing order cycles, managing lead times, and ensuring timely replenishment to support nationwide distribution and e-commerce channels. The role involves analyzing sales and demand trends, forecasting requirements, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service levels.

The Supply Chain

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply plans with business goals and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications





- Solid demand planning and forecasting skills, with experience using data to anticipate and manage product requirements.
- Proficiency in supply management and procurement, including vendor management, order processing, and cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse coordination across multiple locations.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG or food products distribution preferred; familiarity with ISO-certified environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with ERP or supply chain management software and solid MS Excel skills.
