- Primary Responsibility: Oversee production and inspection teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Tasks:
- Manage operators and assign duties.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensure documentation and batch records are accurate.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production departments.
- Train and mentor staff on GMP and safety.
- Skills Required: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, etc.).
