Job Title: Subject Matter Expert – Horticulture / Agribusiness

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Support SHM/NHB in horticulture value-chain development under the Cluster Development Programme (CDP).

Support project development, appraisal and implementation of horticulture cluster projects.

Conduct field visits, project inspections and verification of project activities.

Review project proposals, implementation documents and milestone-related submissions.

Support Farmer Component verification and field-level validation.

Provide technical and agribusiness inputs for project implementation.

Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, observations, review notes and action-taken reports.

Coordinate with SHM, NHB, Implementing Agencies, farmers and other stakeholders.

Maintain project records, documentation and MIS updates.

Undertake other CDP-related assignments as directed by NHB/SHM.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
