Strong Project Program management experience.

Need someone who has worked on large Portfolio’s (As of now customer is working on multiple applications)

Need someone who has worked on multiple domains.

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support.

Manage Operational Governance, Service Reviews, and Stakeholder Coordination.

Exposure to IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Governance.
