Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Intern role based in Gandhinagar. The intern will support day-to-day mining operations by assisting with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis related to exploration and resource development projects.

Responsibilities may include helping prepare reports, organizing project files, and supporting safety and environmental compliance activities under supervision. The role also involves collaborating with technical and operational teams, attending internal meetings, and learning company processes, tools, and best practices. The intern will gain exposure to real-world mining operations while contributing to ongoing projects in a structured, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational technical skills such as basic data analysis, report preparation, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).




- Strong research and documentation abilities, including information gathering, organizing project data, and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and follow clear instructions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field).
- Interest in mining, sustainability, and safe operational practices; prior academic or project work related to these areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Gandhinagar and adhere to company safety, ethics, and compliance standards.
