Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Noida.

The Study Abroad

Counsellor will guide students through the entire overseas education process, from initial counseling and profile assessment to shortlisting suitable countries, universities, and programs aligned with their academic and career goals. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, application procedures, and timelines,



and supporting students in preparing application documents. The counsellor will coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions, assist students with entrance tests and English proficiency requirements, and provide detailed guidance on visa processes and pre-departure formalities. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate student records, following up on leads, participating in events or seminars, and ensuring a high level of service and ethical advising.

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to assess academic profiles and recommend suitable study destinations and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct clear, engaging one-on-one sessions and group presentations with students and families.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple applications, documentation requirements, and deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for major destinations such as the UK, ireland, europe , Canada, Recent Zealand, and other key countries.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, online application portals, and standard office software for data management and reporting.
- Prior experience in study abroad counseling, student advisory, or education consulting is must.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment, with a focus on ethical guidance and student success.
