Role Description The Student Counselor will work full time on-site at the Kochi office, supporting students who are exploring overseas education opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with students and families, understanding their academic profiles and aspirations, and providing individualized counseling on course selection, universities, and destination countries. The role involves explaining admission requirements, application procedures, documentation, and timelines, as well as coordinating with internal teams to support applications and visa processes.

The Student

Counselor will maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, follow up with prospective students,



address inquiries in person, over phone, and email, and participate in seminars or events organized by the consultancy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners toward appropriate academic and skilled pathways.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear interpersonal and presentation abilities, to interact effectively with students and families.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Education systems and overseas study options to provide accurate and practical guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, or counseling is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple student cases, and maintain organized documentation.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added benefit.
- Prior experience in student counseling, overseas education consulting, or related fields is preferred.

Salary Package ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
