Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Internship role located in Bhopal. Interns will support the digital marketing team with social media content creation, basic SEO tasks, and website-related updates under supervision. Daily responsibilities may include researching industry trends, assisting in drafting posts and captions, preparing performance reports, and helping coordinate campaigns across different platforms.

The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in strategy discussions,



and learning how systems-based marketing drives lead generation and revenue. Interns will gain hands-on experience in agency workflows, client-focused communication, and data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Interest in digital marketing domains such as social media marketing, search engine optimization, and website development or optimization.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content and adapt tone for different audiences.
- Basic analytical skills, including comfort with interpreting easy performance metrics and using data to inform content or campaign adjustments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field (or demonstrable interest through projects or self-learning).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, search engines, and websites as marketing tools; prior exposure to tools like Canva, basic CMS, or analytics is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to take initiative in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency setting.
