About the Role

Darshan Academy is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-oriented Student Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding academic programs, competitive exam preparation, and career opportunities, especially NEET-UG and IIT-JEE.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about NEET-UG, IIT-JEE, and Foundation courses.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the admission process.
- Maintain student inquiry records and update admission databases.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission-related activities.
- Assist students in choosing suitable courses according to their academic goals.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets assigned by the institute.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be preferred.




- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Google Forms.
- Ability to handle student inquiries professionally.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
