Role Description The Structural Engineer will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, collaborating with design, drafting, and project teams to deliver safe and efficient structural solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing structural analysis and calculations for steel, RCC, and PEB structures; preparing and reviewing structural drawings and models using CAD tools; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves coordinating with civil, MEP,



and construction teams to resolve technical issues, optimize designs, and support fabrication and erection activities.

The Structural

Engineer will also contribute to quantity estimation, technical documentation, and design review meetings to maintain structural integrity and project quality throughout the execution phase.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of design principles and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations for steel, RCC, and PEB structures.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for structural modeling, detailing, and drafting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree or specialized coursework in structural design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., IS codes or equivalent), and familiarity with construction practices and site coordination.
- Ability to interpret drawings, prepare technical reports, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is beneficial; entry-level candidates with strong technical foundations are also encouraged to apply.
