Role Description The Student Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Student

Advisor will guide students through their overseas education journey, including understanding their academic goals, recommending suitable programs and destinations, and clarifying admission requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to student and family queries, assisting with application preparation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth process across test prep, admissions, and visa support.



The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, following up on leads, and providing timely updates to help students stay on track with deadlines and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Education-related skills to guide learners through academic and career choices.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build trust and convey information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive advisory experience.
- Familiarity with international education systems, admission processes, and basic visa and loan procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet process timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields are an advantage.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms for student interaction and record management.
