Role & responsibilities

- Manage receiving, storage, binning, preservation and material issue to manufacturing.

- Ensure timely SAP posting, material movements and production order transactions.

- Control SKU inventory, min/max levels, cycle counts and physical inventory.

- Manage scrap segregation, reconciliation, storage and disposal.

- Ensure material traceability, documentation and inventory accuracy.

- Drive 5S, visual management, safety and warehouse space utilization.

- Lead KAIZEN, TQM, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Finance for material requirements and discrepancies.

- Monitor store KPIs such as inventory accuracy, material availability, ageing and scrap.

Preferred candidate profile

- 510 years experience in Stores / Warehouse / Material Management, preferably manufacturing.

- Strong SAP / ERP experience.

- Hands-on inventory control & SKU management.

- Scrap Management – Mandatory.

- Knowledge of 5S, KAIZEN, TQM and warehouse safety.

- Robust material traceability and documentation skills.

- Good stakeholder coordination and communication.
