Role Description The Store Manager role at Rocky Star is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, sales floor supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s luxury standards. This role involves guiding and motivating the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manager will monitor sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures,



and report on key metrics to support business growth. The role also includes handling customer concerns, coordinating with head office and other departments, and ensuring that store processes and policies are followed consistently.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a passion for delivering a luxury client experience.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Proven Store Management experience in fashion or luxury retail, including supervising staff and overseeing daily operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: experience in high-end or couture retail, basic knowledge of sales reporting and KPIs, ability to lead and develop a diverse team, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with POS and inventory systems.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
