Job Title: Store Manager – Wellness, Beauty, Hospitality

Location: Luxury 5-star hotel, Indore

About the Role: we are looking for a high-energy, revenue-focused Centre Manager to lead our wellness services outlet inside a major luxury hotel in Indore. This is a frontline leadership role where sales, guest interaction, service quality, and operational excellence come together. The ideal candidate is confident, enterprising, and thrives in a fast-paced, premium workplace with a strong ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities-Revenue and Quality, and Overall Performance of the Centre

- Proactively engage with hotel and city guests, confidently introducing wellness services, beauty services, and ongoing offers
- Convert walk-in guests through strong interpersonal skills and persuasive communication
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of services, packages and memberships
- Build and execute cross-promotion opportunities with other brands in the city to increase walk-ins
- Record Sales, Handle Billings, Track sales metrics, conversions, and performance targets on a daily and monthly basis
- Guest Experience & Service QualityEnsure consistently high service standards aligned with SOPs and brand guidelines
- Maintain premium hygiene, cleanliness, and ambience at all times




- Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a delightful experience
- Ensure therapists and beauticians deliver services with professionalism and consistency
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and grooming standards
- Train and motivate the team to achieve both service excellence and revenue targets
- Ensure accountability for cash, billing, and reconciliation
- Demonstrate strong ownership for outlet performance, discipline, and compliance
- Desired ProfileProven experience in sales-driven roles such as credit card sales, club membership sales, hospitality sales, retail, beauty, salon, club, airlines, F&B;, or service industries
- Strong comfort level in initiating conversations with guests and closing sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and process-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Non-smoker preferred
