About the Role

We are looking for a polished, confident, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Gurgaon showroom.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently working with jewellery brands, diamond jewellery retailers, bridal jewellery stores, or luxury jewellery boutiques who have experience managing a team, handling high-value customers, and running showroom operations smoothly.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, from sales and team leadership to inventory, customer experience, and showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Lead, train, motivate, and schedule the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Deliver a premium, personalized experience to every customer, from welcome to after-sales care.

Assist the team in closing high-value sales, including engagement rings, solitaires, and bridal jewellery.

Handle customer queries, negotiations, and escalations professionally and confidently.





Ensure accurate stock control through regular inventory audits, tagging, and security protocols.

Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising as per brand standards.

Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals.

Track sales performance, analyze trends, and share regular reports with management.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies, billing accuracy, hallmarking norms, and store safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of natural diamonds, gold, solitaires, and fine jewellery, including pricing and hallmarking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed, polished, and professional personality.

Proven ability to lead a team and consistently achieve sales targets.

Working knowledge of billing/POS systems and inventory management.

High integrity and accountability, as the role involves high-value inventory.
