Daily Store

Operations

- Store Management: Handle smooth opening and closing of the studio, ensuring all bays, equipment, and customer areas are clean and organized.

- Workflow Scheduling: Coordinate job allocations, manage multiple vehicle services simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery.

Quality Control & Technical Oversight

- Quality Standards: Inspect vehicles pre- and post-service to guarantee zero-compromise standards, especially for luxury and premium cars.

- Technical Expertise: Supervise specialized applications like PPF, ceramic coatings, window tints, and paint correction.

Inventory & Equipment Management

- Stock Monitoring: Track stock levels of chemicals, microfiber products, consumables,



and coating kits.

- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure pressure washers, polishers, and steam cleaners are well-maintained and coordinate material replenishment to prevent delays.

Team Leadership & Customer Service

- Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and manage a team of detailing technicians, driving productivity and discipline.

- Customer Handling: Explain packages, provide cost estimates, resolve queries, and convert walk-in or phone inquiries into confirmed sale

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
