Gourmet Bakes Sweets Café is a growing food business specializing in premium-quality sweets, savouries, bakery products, desserts, Chettinad snacks, and café products, with a solid focus on quality, hygiene, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

With multiple outlets and a dedicated manufacturing and production setup, our operations involve a wide range of raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, and consumables. We are looking for an experienced store manager who can efficiently manage our raw material store and ensure accurate inventory control to support uninterrupted production.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented store manager—raw material & inventory—to manage the day-to-day operations of the raw material store.

The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, GRN preparation, stock maintenance, inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO implementation, material issue to production, documentation, and coordination with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food manufacturing, bakery, sweets, FMCG, hotel, or similar industries, with strong knowledge of inventory and store management.

Qualification





- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, commerce, food technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in store / inventory management.
- Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, sweets, savouries, FMCG, hotel, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GRN, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, material inward/outward, and inventory control.
- Computer knowledge and experience with ERP/inventory management software is preferred.
- Good communication, documentation, and team-handling skills.
