Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role includes supervising store staff, monitoring inventory levels, managing merchandising and store layout, and ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.

The Store

Supervisor will handle customer escalations, coordinate with logistics and support teams, and ensure timely stocking and accurate billing.



The role also involves tracking sales performance, implementing promotional activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and preparing basic reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Experience in retail store operations, inventory handling, and cash management is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office or similar tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in retail or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
